MEMBERSHIP ARTICLES

Section 2.1
Membership in the IEATV SAR is voluntary and application is open to anyone. IEATV SAR will not discriminate against anyone based upon race, color, religion, gender, national origin or disability. However, IEATV SAR reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone.

Section 2.2
Any person 18 years of age or older who has completed a written application; who has been interviewed and approved by the IEATV SAR Team officers; and who has passed the Spokane County Sheriff's Department background check is eligible to become a member

Section 2.3
Any person under the age of 18 with written parental consent, and who meet the requirements of All Sections under Article II may be a member provided the parent is also a member of the IEATV SAR in good standing.

Section 2.4
Termination of membership may be for any reason deemed detrimental or injurious to the purpose of the IEATV SAR, and will be determined by the Officers and Board of Directors.

Section 2.5
Upon resignation, expulsion, or death, the member relinquishes all rights and privileges afforded to the members of IEATV SAR.
